3. Since the writ petition number was wrongly printed in the cause list on 01.09.2023, the case was directed to be listed today i.e., on 08.09.2023 under the same caption with correct writ petition number.

4. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the remedy in this petition.
