This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 420 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 19.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2113 of 2020 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
