This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.134 of 2012 on the file of S-7, Madipakkam Police Station, Madipakkam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.134 of 2012 and have issued notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police in investigation.
