Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 15985 of 2018 in its order dated 22.06.2018 in Crime No. 222 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VISWANATHAN [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS], Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, [IN BOTH THE RESPONDENT] on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petitions for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15985 of 2018 dated 22.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the K.K.Nagar Police station daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner is 100% blind and the second petitioner, being the son, has to take care of the first petitioner and that though the case has been registered by the Kangeyam Police Station, the petitioners have been directed to stay at Chennai and report before the K.K.Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.p.m until further orders and that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 13.07.2018.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 13.07.2018.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15985 of 2018 dated 22.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders and the second petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders. -sd/- 30/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
