ORDER

Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vijayalakshmi, a case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that enquiry was conducted and subsequently the matter was settled and the petitioner has undertaken to repay the amount. Therefore, the complaint has been closed and there is no harassment.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
