(CRIME NO.1213 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Hon'ble Court in CRL.OP.NO.17308 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021 and pass any other orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.R.VINOTHRAJA Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17308 of 2021, dated 23.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners misplaced the copy of the order of this Court, dated 23.09.2021 and hence, they were not able to surrender before the learned Special Judge, for exclusive trial of cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram. Therefore, he prayed for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Special Judge, for exclusive trial of cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
