Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14831 of 2018 in its order dated 11.06.2018 in Crime No.223 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14831 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018.
2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before K.K.Nagar police station daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m, until further orders. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on PT Warrant in Crime No.163 of 2018 registered by the Erode (North) Police station and he had been later enlarged on bail with the condition to report before the Erode (North) Police station every day at 10.00.am., and 5.00.p.m. Hence, he would pray for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14831 of 2018.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14831 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Erode (North) Police Station daily at 10.00.a.m and 5.00.p.m until further orders. -sd/- 31/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
