J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the parties agree that the appeals can be disposed of with the following directions:
1. The written statement be filed within two (2) weeks.
2. Replication be filed within two (2) weeks thereafter.
3. The suit be listed for framing of issues before the learned Single Judge on 18.10.2016.

4. Parties to file their respective documents within three (3) weeks thereafter and the suit be listed before the Master of the Court for admission or denial of documents on 21.11.2016.
5. On account of heavy board of the Master, Mr.G.V.Sankaranarayanamoorthy, a retired Judicial Officer, is appointed as the Local Commissioner to record evidence, who shall endeavour to conclude the evidence preferably within four (4) months from the first date fixed before him.
The fee of the Local Commissioner shall be Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only), apart from out of pocket expenses to be shared equally by both the parties.
6. On conclusion of evidence, the suit be listed before the Court for directions for final hearing.
2.Any observations made in the impugned order shall not prejudice the final decision in the suit in any case. 3.At request of learned counsel for the appellants, it is made clear that the objections to certain questions during testimony if raised can be recorded by the Local Commissioner. 4.Original Side Appeals are, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
