This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1000 days in re-presenting the appeal.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- by the petitioner to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
