C.M.P.Nos. 16909 & 16910 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No. 29193 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J These Petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 130 days in representing the CMA and (ii) to condone the delay of 145 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.2,243/- in the above appeal.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
