Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records of the fourth respondent relating to the Final order proceedings Ref.SASTRA/ADMN./ORDER/2012-13 dated 19.12.2012, expelled the petitioner from the University and decided to made an endorsement in the Transfer and conduct certificates and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his study in the second respondent University and complete the remaining petitioner's B.Tech course.

O R D E R
