PRAYER: Tr.C.M.P. filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw HMOP No.87 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram District.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this petition for transfer on the ground that being an employee of Family Court, Villpuram, it would be difficult for him to prosecute the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2014 before the very same court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed transfer petition before the learned District Judge, Villupuram, to transfer him from the Family Court at Villupuram to any other Court so as to avoid embarrassment.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the transfer petition with liberty to take up the matter with the learned District Judge, Villupuram, for his transfer.

4. In view of the endorsement so made, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5. The learned District Judge, Villupuram, is directed to consider the transfer application filed by the petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his transfer out of the Family Court at Villupuram, in view of the pendency of the matrimonial proceedings in HMOP No.87 of 2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits as expeditiously as possible.
