ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR in the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry today i.e. on 08.11.2021 but the petitioner is not appeared. He will be ready to appear before the respondent police on any given date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner sent a online complaint to the Chief Minister Cell and further through the register post to the Commissioner of Police, which is recently received. The petitioner has been summoned and the copy of the complaint is not available. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 11.11.2021 along with the copy of the complaint.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police along with the copy of the complaint on 11.11.2021 without fail substantiating his contention and thereafter, the respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
