Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to 1st respondent to collect the original CCTV footage dated 30.04.2018, from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. recorded at the premises of the 2nd respondent and produce the same in the concerned Court as in Crime No.451 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to 1st respondent to collect the original CCTV footage dated 30.04.2018, from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. recorded at the premises of the 2nd respondent and produce the same in the concerned Court in Crime No.451 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Today Mr.K.Rajesh, Grade I 2520, D1 Ramanathapuram Law and Order Police Station, Coimbatore, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.451 of 2018 has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed on 28.05.2018, but the same has not been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the trial Court in the manner known to law.
