This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to respondents not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner himself admitted that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the adjacent land owner. Further, on a perusal of the records, it is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Hence, there is no question of harassment is made out. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law before the competent civil court or concerned Revenue Authorities.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
