This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.9367 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.
No.11954 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
