CR.NO.205/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No. 15217 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. ARULMOZHIMARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15217 of 2018.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the appearance of the petitioner before the Inspector of Police, the Inspector of Police has not obtained signature from him.

3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is disputed by the learned Government Advocate.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police for two weeks and the Inspector of Police is directed to get his signature and file a report before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
