This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.10.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has lodged a complaint on 19.10.2021, thereafter no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that on the complaint of one Praveen Kumar a case in Crime No.26 of 2021 came to be registered on 20.09.2021 for offence under Sections 120(B), 420 IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act 1997, against one Siva Narendiran - Managing Director and Others of Rafoll Digital Publishers OPC Pvt. Ltd. Investigation in the said case is in progress. He further submits that there are several other cases of similar nature pending against the said Siva Narendiran and the petitioner is one of the victim, who had been cheated in the same manner.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that no separate FIR is to be registered on the petitioner's complaint for the similar nature of complaint and the respondent police is directed to include the petitioner as a victim and witness in Crime No.26 of 2021. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
