Prayer:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to implement the order of second respondent dated 13.12.2023 in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.8775/2023/A4 thereby appointing the fourth respondent as an administrative trustee of Arulmighu Ramalingasowdeswari Amman Temple, Kottamettupatti, Omalur Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024.

ORDER

The writ petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.12.2023 in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.8775/2023/A4.

2. A perusal of the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.12.2023 would indicate that pending appointment of the nonHeriditory Trustees for the said temple, the fourth respondent herein

was appointed as a fit person. The petitioner herein seeks implementation of the said order.

3. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4, on written instructions submitted that the fourth respondent had already taken charges as a fit person on 20.03.2024.

4. The said representation made by the learned Government Advocate is Recorded.

5. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed and accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
