Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to declare final result in respect of the selection to the post of Senior Lecturers in District Institutes of Education and Training as per the notification dated 31.12.2011 within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner had appeared in the written examination held on 04.03.2012 for the post of Senior Lecturer in District Institutes of Education and Training and was subsequently called for certificate verification on 18.06.2012. Since the respondent had not declared the results, the petitioner had given a representation dated 30.11.2012 to the respondent requesting them to declare the final results. Since no reply was received on his representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Though the learned Special Government Pleader was directed to get instruction in this matter, on the earlier occasion, the respondent has not bothered to instruct the Government Pleader.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, requesting for declaration of final results, there shall be a direction to the respondent to give reply to the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2012, indicating the final results of the petitioner for the written examination held on 04.03.2012 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
