ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Rc.No.886/2023 dated 29.01.2025 purported to be in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21365 of 2015 dated 18.07.2023.

A perusal of the same indicates that the petitioner herein granted permanent status on completion of 480 days of service and hence, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. However, paragraph No.15 of the proceedings dated 29.01.2025 appears to be an irrelevant paragraph inserted in the said proceedings, and according to learned Additional Advocate General, the same is required to be corrected appropriately and assured that the respondent would issue the appropriate modified proceedings within two weeks from today. 3.

In the light of the above, taking into consideration the fact that the respondent has already complied with the order passed by this Court, this contempt petition is closed, while directing the respondent to issue appropriate 2/4

modified proceedings modifying the paragraph No.15 of the proceedings dated 29.01.2025.
