Respondents PRAYER:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.08.2021.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to provide police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed a suit in OS.No.298 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Hosur and in the said suit a decree was passed on 09.11.2010. He further submitted that now the third party (i.e) purchaser is giving troubles to the petitioner and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 30.08.2021 seeking police protection, but so far no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending on the file of the second respondent police.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 after giving an opportunity for conducting enquiry and disposed of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
