ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the order of transfer dated 16.07.2012, transferring her from the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Villivakkam, Chennai to the Government Higher Secondary School, Padiyanallur, Thiruvallur District, and the consequential relieving order dated 01.08.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner has now been transferred to the Government High School, Villivakkam, Chennai.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
