ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue free agriculture land patta in the petitioner's name to the Podugal Poramboke land of 33 cents comprised in S.No.884 in Pasali receipt No.1403 in Beam Memo No.2A, situated at Melkathadikuppam Village, Balepalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
