18656 of 2018 and thus render justice.[CRL.MP.NO.9836/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.18656/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.BALAJI Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C on the same day itself, on condition that he execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.18656 of 2018 being dismissed.
