This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.27819 of 2021 dated 19.12.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that challenging the order passed by this Page No.2 of 4
Court, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1741 of 2024 has been filed. In the said Writ Appeal, an order of stay has been granted.
3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
