20348 OF 2019 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABRAR MD ABDULLAH Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) without surety undertaking to appear before the trial Court after the disposal of the Criminal Original Petition without fail.
