Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.425 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence made in the Judgment dated 04.07.2018 passed in Special C.C.No.51 of 2015 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Namakkal, pending disposal of the Crl.A.425/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Appeal No. 425 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURYA PRAKASH Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Notice of motion returnable by one week.

The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended for a period of one week and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
