ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019 sent by the petitioner seeking salary for the period 01.02.2018 to 07.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined the services as Assistant Surgeon in the year 2012 at Primary Health Centre, Bikketty Village, Udagamandalam Circle. While he was in service, applied medical leave from 07.01.2018 to 04.09.2018 and thereafter, the petitioner discharged from the hospital made a representation to respondent for the payment of salary for the period he undergone medical treatment. The said representation was not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition filed before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019 and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
