Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered in Crl.M.P.No.6420 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14666 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020. (CRL.M.P.No.8919 of 2020) (i) To Relax the bail condition (a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders Crl.O.P.No.14666 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020. (CRL.M.P.No.6420 of 2020) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6420 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14666 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6420 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14666 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
