ORDER

The petitioner sought a direction to the first respondent to take action against the Sakthivel and Mukil Arasan for interfering with the civil dispute.

2. According to the petitioner, the above persons have exceeded their power and interfered in civil dispute, therefore, sought disciplinary proceedings against them. Counter has been filed. It is the stand of the third respondent that proceedings has been initiated by issuing show cause notice vide C.Nos.D4/PR.99/2025 & D4/PR.100/2025 dated 18.07.2025.

3. Such view of the matter, if at all any excess is committed by the above persons, the respondent police shall take action as per law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. 10.09.2025 dhk Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No To
