4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list when the matter is listed for admission, and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.92961 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
