Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14539 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Honble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.VALLIAMMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14539 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14539 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court, Chennai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in SC.No.271 of 2018 on 03.08.2018 and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
