For Petitioner : Mr.C.K.M.Appaji For Respondents : R1 - Court Mr.M.R.Raghavan for R2 C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner in W.P.No.42505 of 2006 has filed the writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in C.P.No.85 of 2003 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, the first respondent and to quash the order dated 26.04.2006.

2.The petitioner in W.P.No.47771 of 2006 has filed the writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the award passed by the first respondent in C.P.No.85 of 2003 dated 26.04.2006 and to quash the same in so far as the rejection of casual leave salary and bonus and restricting the entitlement of backwages upto 30.06.2002 to the petitioner are concerned.

3.It is admitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the Workman received a sum of Rs.90,000/- from the Management in three installments. The said fact is also evident from the order of this Court dated 26.03.2012 and 23.04.2012 made in these writ petitions.

4.In view of the full and final settlement made by the Management of Sri Balaji Cotton Mills to the workman R.Loganathan, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

5.The writ petitions are accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is also closed.
