Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5596 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.517 of 2021 on 15.07.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
