This Petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities of G.Sumermal Bhansali, who died on 05.12.2017 and was the holder of share certificates as stated in the schedule to the petition.

2. The petitioner is the son of G.Sumermal Bhansali. The first respondent is widow, the second respondent is another son and the third respondent is the daughter.

3. The paper publication was effected after following due procedure. The petitioner was invited to adduce evidence. He examined himself as PW-1. The death certificate of G.Sumermal Bhansali was marked as Ex.P-1, the legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P-2, Ex.P-3 is the computer generated statement relating to the shares and securities of G.Sumermal Bhansali, Ex.P4 is the joint consent affidavit given by the first and second respondents and Ex.P-5 is the consent affidavit given by the third respondent.

4. In view of the evidence stated, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule is issued. The petitioner is directed to render accounts once in a year.
