ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 and investigate the same. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is that the complaint of the petitioner herein has already been taken on file by the local police and under investigation in Crime No.86 of 2018 on the file of Thittakudi Police Station against Babu and others. The allegations demanding bribe to register a complaint gets falsified to the act of registering the complaint.

Therefore, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
