Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 and to take appropriate action against the errant 5th respondent for misusing his standing as Member of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pudhucherry.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The petitioner has come before this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 25.07.2019 and take appropriate action against the errant 5th respondent, who is an elected Bar Council member.
Heard Mr.I. Infant Dinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.S.R. Raghunathan, learned counsel for the 1st respondent; Mr.N. Rajan, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent; Mr.M. Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.C. Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel for the 5th respondent.
Considering the limited scope of the writ petition and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the investigation is almost complete and it will be concluded before the end of December, 2019, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to look into the allegations made in the representation given against the 5th respondent and act accordingly at the earliest before the end of December, 2019. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps are closed.
