This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.590 of 2018 in O.S.No.123 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
2. This case was listed on 18.06.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the same was posted to 26.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Again on 26.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and accordingly, the same was directed to be listed on 03.07.2024 under the same caption. Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Page No: 2/5
