(CR.NO.1440/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and to execute the sureties as ordered by the Hon'ble Court order dated 12/10/2020 in Crl.M.P.No.6170 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.no.13402 of 2020 in Crime No.1440 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rasipuram Police Station, Namakkal District and may also be pleased to pass any such other and further order as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SANKAVI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 12.10.2020, this Court had granted two weeks time for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further extension of time to surrender and to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender and to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
