Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for disobeying and committing contempt of the orders dated 15.12.2021 passed in WP.No.25451 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the orders dated 15.12.2021 passed in WP.No.25451 of 2019 by this Court., thereby directed the respondent herein to mutate the revenue records in favour of the petitioners without insisting no objection certificate from the first respondent therein in respect of the property comprised in survey No.372/1, admeasuring 2.89 acres and the land comprised in survey No.379, admeasuring 2.21 acres, in total 5.10 acres situated at Moornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta in favour of them, within a period of six weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 10.10.2022 of the respondent.
