(CRIME NO.110/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that till filling of the charge sheet the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30am until further orders imposed in the above Crl.M.P.No.8132 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9462 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 20.05.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order Crl.M.P.No.8132 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.SIde) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail. He further submitted that the case is under investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m till filing charge sheet, thereafter before the trial court on each and every hearing date. All other conditions remain unaltered.
