The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners herein at the instigation of 3rd respondent or otherwise, without following due process of law.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, the second respondentPolice summoned the petitioners for enquiry and after conducting preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the said complaint was closed. He further submitted that as on date no complaint is pending as against the petitioners. Therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioners.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court in manner known to law. 08.07.2025 ms 2/4
