Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27th day of September 2021 and pass appropriate orders for registration of sale deeds in respect of lands in which preliminary notification dated 06.02.2019 has been issued for acquiring lands in Mamallapuram-Puducherry Express High Way Project under the Gazette Notification in S.O.No.2864 (E), dated 29.07.2019 by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India for East Coast Expressway under Section 3 D (2) of the National Highways Act, 1956, as per law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27th day of September 2021 and pass appropriate orders for registration of sale deeds in respect of lands in which preliminary notification dated 06.02.2019 has been issued for acquiring lands in MamallapuramPuducherry Express High Way Project under the Gazette Notification in S.O.No.2864 (E), dated 29.07.2019 by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India for East Coast Expressway under Section 3 D (2) of the National Highways Act, 1956, as per law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
