ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in F.I.R. in Cr.No.663 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T.6 Avadi Police Station, Avadi, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.663 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet dated 05.10.2013, was filed before the learned II Judicial Magistrate, Poonamalle and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 183 of 2013.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.663 of 2010, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
