This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 23.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3312 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Salem.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
