ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.09.2021 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1848 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons had attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not involved in the offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in jail from 17.09.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital. He further submitted that there are two previous cases pending against the first petitioner and three previous cases pending against the second petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.The learned counsel for the Intervenor/defacto complainant submitted that the petitioners along with other accused persons had attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval and caused injuries. Hence, he strongly opposed for granting of bail to the petitioners. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the previous cases pending against the petitioners and they have involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
