Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Palakarai Police Station twice in a day at about 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14390/2018.[Crl.mp.NO.9886/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
