It is informed to the learned counsel for the respondent that the applicant should get necessary instructions for having an Arbitrator appointed pending the arbitraral proceedings.

2. The respondent would offer some security either in the form of Bank Guarantee or any other Guarantee of security to the tune of Rs.44,50,000/- (Rupees Forty Fourt Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) to be paid by the applicant to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to revert with this suggestion.
