ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.20300 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.20300 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 21.07.2025 cda To The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri District.
